Elite is a licensed, insured and reputable company in Illinois and holds a high customer satisfaction rating across all media avenues. Our company is growing exponentially year after year and we are looking for more fire-starters to add to our growing team!
Our current sales associates are meeting and exceeding their sales goals each month! Quality leads provided.
Commissions paid quickly and above industry standard.
Preferred Skills, Requirements and Experience:
- Must be presentable with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades is highly desired but not required.
- Must be energetic, social and outgoing – we are looking for individuals who work well in a team environment.
- Looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a great go-getter attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage accurate customer communication and sales documentation.
- Ability to learn our computer (cloud based) CRM programs and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Must be able to pass background check, drug test and have valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
